Terms of Cancellation
Event preparation and organisation involve significant financial and personnel resources. Please understand that if you cancel up to six weeks before the event (receipt by DGZfP), we will charge a processing fee of 50% of the participation fee. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the participation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Deadlines and Fees

The participation fee for presenting authors (for all kinds of presentations) whose papers were accepted for the programme cannot be refunded in any case.
